How long does carpet cleaning take?
This depends on the room size, but aprox 30 minutes per room.
How long do carpets take to dry?
Up to an hour but usually less.
How long does upholstery take to dry?
It can take 4-6 hours but usually much less if we use our Truckmount System.
When can I use my leather suite after cleaning or restoration?
Leather is ready for use again after 24 hours.
Do I need to clear the room before you arrive?
Please clear away any smaller breakables. Castle ChemDry technicians will move everything else if humanly possible… and put it back again before they leave.

Can I leave your guys to lock up afterwards?
Yes, all Castle ChemDry staff have been Police vetted.

Are the cleaning products safe?
Castle ChemDry only uses safe and non toxic solutions. ChemDry products are completely safe for households with children and pets.
Is the cleaning process environmentally friendly?
The majority of our products meet or exceed the ChemDry Environmental Standards, which means they are safe for humans and animals with low impact on air and water. Currently the following products meet this criteria:

Do you perform a test clean?
Yes, our cleaning technician will perform a small patch test clean in an inconspicous area
Can you get all the stains out of my carpets and upholstery?
We cannot guarantee this, but we are usually successful. There are very few stains that cannot be removed.
Do you take credit or debit card payments?
Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit card payments.
Can my carpets and upholstery be cleaned in the evening or weekends?
Castle ChemDry offer an out of hours and weekend service.
